As a shopper on our website you have the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of our products and receive a full product refund. This applies to unopened products only except for Dermalogica on which we offer 100% 30 day money back guarantee. 

Unfortunately, if you have a reaction to, or are unsatisfied with a product, from a brand other than Dermalogica we cannot accept it back for a refund. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

If you have benefited from free delivery, we reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you. 

We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post.
